USEA Starter/D&M Fee will be added to entries in the starter division but not to entries in the intro division. USEA membership is not required for starter level. However, if rider wish to accumulate USEA points or qualifications for area or AEC championship they MUST hold a valid membership for horse and rider.
USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned to any rider who does not start thedressage test.

All scratches must be sent via email to secretary – make sure to get a return receipt.
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months of competition date for all horses(coggins test that expire prior to September 6, 2025 will not be accepted).
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro. Intro riders are waived USEA membership. At Intro USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply.

All M-3000m @ 490mpm.All- T-2600 m @ 470 mpm.All N-2200 m @ 400 mpm. AllBN-2000 m @ 350mpm.Starter-1800 m @300mpm.Intro-1200@ 275 Jumps will be 18"-2'3".
All courses: Some maximum height fences, water, ditches and banks possible. The terrain is rolling hills.. Courses are open and galloping - a good percentage of the fences per level are big and solid.
Cross-country Course ALWAYS closed except for designatedschooling day after event. XC schooling day is generallyheld the weekend after the event (weather permitting) - see Secretary for details

Entry limit 160.
Make sure to bring ample water to care for your horses. Water is available at entrance to Great Meadow but not in the parking area.

The schooling day will be scheduled for the week following the event with the possibility of rescheduling due to weather. Dogs must be LEASHED AT ALL TIMES by USEF rule during competition and by Landowner request ANY other time.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
No motorized vehicles allowed on the XC course at any time.
NOTE: Paperpinnyholders will be used for XC. Secretary will have a small number of plasticpinny holders for sale.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
